The cost of sperm identification from testicular or epididymal Sperm Aspiration at Bay IVF Center is $2,420. This includes identification of viable sperm in an epididymal or testicular aspirate and sperm preparation for capacitation and concentration adjustment.
We hope that the Sperm Aspiration treatment fee at Bay IVF Center will maximize the affordability of Sperm Aspiration and the probability of a successful outcome.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection-ICSI ($1,900) is required for oocyte fertilization with aspirated sperm.
Sperm cryopreservation and storage ($415) is normally done in conjunction with sperm aspiration procedure to preserve sperm for the insemination procedure and/or to save any extra sperm for potential subsequent use.
These costs represent only the laboratory portion of the treatment cost, as we do not bill for physician care at Bay IVF Center.
Bay IVF Center fees contain no hidden costs (facility fees, anesthesia fees, room fees, processing fees, etc.).
The above fees do not include the cost of the procedure to which Sperm Aspiration is added (see cost of In Vitro Fertilization, Egg Donation, and Gestational Surrogacy).
You will be billed separately by your urologist for the Sperm Aspiration procedure.
Some or all of the Sperm Aspiration cost may be covered by your insurance. As a courtesy, if you have insurance coverage for reproductive treatments, we will assist you with all necessary insurance claims. You will only pay the portion of the fees that your insurance does not cover.
