Bay IVF Treatment Fees

We believe that becoming pregnant should be an enjoyable experience, not a financial burden.

As part of our commitment to provide as economical treatment as possible, we offer free physician care. You will be cared for by Dr. Francis Polansky, board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) in 1986. Dr. Polansky is at a stage in his professional career which allows him to donate his expertise. You will never be billed for his medical care, which will greatly reduce the cost of your infertility treatment.

You will only be billed for the laboratory portion of your tests and treatment, therefore your total cost per cycle of treatment will be substantially less than prevailing reproductive treatment fees. Payment can be made by personal check, cash, or credit card (VISA/MC/DISCOVERY/AMEX).

As a courtesy, if you have insurance coverage for reproductive treatments, we will assist you with all necessary insurance claims. You will only pay the portion of the fees that your insurance does not cover.

Your medical insurance may cover some or all of your infertility testing and treatment cost. Since infertility insurance plans vary according to what plan(s) was selected by your employer, please call your insurance carrier and get specific information about your infertility coverage before you begin treatment.

Some plans cover both the diagnostic testing as well as the treatments for infertility; others may cover only the diagnostic portion. Some policies cover only specific infertility treatments.

We try to minimize your cost by not repeating prerequisites already done. These reproductive treatment prerequisites are required by the State of California, FDA, and our clinic.

The cost of fertility medication can be very high. You may be able to use your insurance for full or partial coverage of the needed medications. Please contact Serono and Ferring Pharmaceutical for advice and help with your fertility medications needs.
