We love to hear from you! As a patient at Bay IVF Center, you will have full access to your physician and the rest of our team.  We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like.  Please let us know if there is anything we could do to make your care at Bay IVF Center as pleasant as possible.

 

There are several ways to reach us:

 

• You can call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do not have a voice-mail system, you will always be greeted by one of us.

   

• After hours, the Bay IVF Center Answering Service will pick up your call and immediately contact one of our staff who will either speak to you right away, if you were put on hold, or call you back.

   

• Once you become a patient at Bay IVF Center, you will be given the cell phone number of your physician for direct, unrestricted access to your doctor.

   

• You can email us. All our emails are answered as soon as possible and no later than the end of the same (or the first) business day. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please call to make sure your email has been received.
